I’m so excited that this movie has been made. This has been a favorite book of mine. I always buy when I find it to pass on to someone who hasn’t had the joy of reading it yet. I am a little nervous because I have such high expectations and want every character to be just right, but most importantly Enzo. Thank you Garth for seeing this through, the story is such a gift!
Excellent! I’m a race fan and I love dogs thats why I bought the book many years ago. And now I’m a Garth Stein fan! At first reading it. I didnt give much thought to who was the author until I started reading the book. Enzo’s voice was so human, so attentive and caring I thought for sure such voice had to be coming from a woman author. To my surprise it was a man, Garth Stein.
My daughter and I loved this movie, it was particularly poignant for us as Parker looks so much like my daughters golden retriever Teddy who she sadly lost in 2016. Can I ask is any merchandise for sale apart from the book and movie which we obviously already have. I would like to buy her an Enzo baseball cap,I think I saw Milo wearing one in the extras on the blu ray.
